제1조【대상인】
이 협약은 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽 체약국 모두의 거주자인 인(人)에게 적용된다.
Article 1【PERSONS COVERED】
This Convention shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
