제1조【인적 범위】
이 협정은 일방 또는 양 체약국의 거주자인 인(人)에게 적용된다.
Article 1(인적 범위) PERSONAL SCOPE
This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
