제1조【대상 인】
이 협정은 한쪽 또는 양 체약국 모두의 거주자인 인(人)에게 적용된다.
Article 1(대상 인) PERSONS COVERED
This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
